10. Butagami: Starting off our top 10, don't be fooled by this guy's lifeless and out-of-shape appearance. He's definitely one of the most resilient characters out there, and he stands out mainly for his eating ability, where he ends up devouring every monster he encounters. Plus, he's a super nice guy with the ideas of a true hero.
09. Kudou Kishi: And here, we see another cyborg quite similar to Genos. It's worth noting all his weapons and transformations, from a motorcycle to a large centaur! He's also a man full of mysteries, but he appears to be quite kind, even warning Genos about an enemy within the Association.
08. Zombieman: This guy was once a guinea pig in the house of evolution, but after breaking free, he began saving lives. Furthermore, he has the world's best regeneration ability, being able to recover from any attack in minutes. He's also highly skilled with any weapon, be it swords, axes, or pistols. It's also worth noting that he's quite sensitive to death, which is why he's always worked alone.
7. King: This is by far the strongest man on Earth! Or so people think. King is nothing more than an ordinary person who gained fame thanks to Saitama several times. However, he never bragged about it and just went with the flow. Thus, he is admired and respected by everyone, besides being the funniest character of all!
06. Metal Knight: Here, we have several robots controlled by Bofoi. Therefore, we never see his true identity, but he has proven himself to be quite cold, arrogant, and extremely intelligent. Thus, he is always seeking new technologies to improve his machines.

05. Doutei: He's a true prodigy by far. At just 10 years old, he's already at the top of the Hero Association. Furthermore, he stands out primarily for his superior intellect, creating several super-effective plans and strategies. He also creates various contraptions for use in combat, from super robots to weapons.
4. Atomic Samurai: Now, let's talk about one of the best swordsmen in the entire series. Atomic is by far a great hero, with his sense of justice and arrogance that keep him where he is. It's also worth highlighting his disciples, who are also undeniably powerful.
03. Silver Fang: And here, we see an old man who cannot be underestimated. He ended up creating the art of the Current Flow Stone Crushing Fist, which is certainly one of the most complete arts in existence. Always with a calm and serious personality, our beloved Bang is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding heroes in the anime.
02. Tatsumaki: In the top two, we see the hottest little green girl ever! Not only does she have a strong personality, but her telekinetic powers are also worth highlighting. Her power is sure to scare anyone, making her one of the strongest of all time, and it's no wonder she's in the top two.

And finally, we have the most powerful hero in the entire Association. However, no one really knows Blast, and the Association can't even contact him or force him to do anything. He's certainly a man full of mysteries, and we don't even know his true strength. Furthermore, several theories surround him, but so far we don't know anything concrete. Could he be stronger than our Saitama?
