The second season of Skeleton Knight in Another World has received a new promotional video detailing the additional cast and the ending theme. The series returns in July on Japanese TV, retaining part of the main cast and bringing important changes to the production.

Among the new cast members are Toshihiko Seki as Villiers Fim and Kensho Ono as Sasuke. The ending theme will be performed by the group DIALOGUE+, with the song “Kiseki wa Okinai”. The story follows Arc, a player who wakes up in a fantasy world in the body of a skeleton.

Team and changes in production

Katsumi Ono continues directing at Studio Aura. The script is now handled by Toshizo Nemoto, known for his work on other popular series. Additionally, character design and art direction have been brought in by new professionals this season.

Other areas have also been updated, including CGI and editing. Even with the changes, names like Satoshi Motoyama remain in charge of sound direction, ensuring technical continuity. Music production continues with Pony Canyon.

Origin of the story and publication

The original work is a light novel written by Ennki Hakari, published since 2014 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. The physical version began publication in 2015 by Overlap, with illustrations by KeG. Additionally, the manga illustrated by Akira Sawano is still being published. In the West, both the novel and the manga are distributed by Seven Seas Entertainment, expanding the franchise's reach.

Finally, the first season premiered in 2022 and was streamed on Crunchyroll . For more anime , follow AnimeNews and stay up-to-date on upcoming releases and updates.
