The official website for Toi-san wa Seishun Shitai! “Baka to SmaPho to Romance to” has revealed the first trailer for the film. The series of short videos by singer Jel, a member of the group Strawberry Prince, inspired the animated film.

The trailer revealed the new cast and artists for the ending theme song. The film premieres in Japan on July 18th. Watch the full trailer:
Cast and new information
The production revealed the main cast through the franchise's X-Men profile. Check out the names:
- Aki Toyosaki will be Momo Mochizuki;
- Yūma Uchida will be Satan Yamada;
- Ayane Sakura will be Yuri Himeno;
- Junta Terashima will be Hideki Otaku;
- Manaka Iwami will play Haruka Shirakawa;
- Takehito Koyasu will play Kenichi Minamoto;
- Nobuhiko Okamoto will play Kiriya Numaoka.
The members of Strawberry Prince will perform the ending theme song, “Mirai no Kimi kara Daijōbu!”. Jel, in addition to voicing himself and the protagonist Akane Toi, is also involved in the script, storyboards, and character design. The original series, released in 2019, has already accumulated over 10 billion views on YouTube and TikTok.

Synopsis for Toi-san wa Seishun Shitai!
Tooi, an ordinary high school girl, expected a normal school life, until everything changed on her first day.
After catching the eye of the unpredictable and overly energetic classmate Jel, she suddenly finds herself drawn into the mysterious 'Youth Romance Club', a bizarre school group dedicated to pursuing anything that seems 'young' or 'romantic'.
What should have been a carefree club quickly turns into chaotic shenanigans, with Tooi constantly impersonating the straight man to everyone's astonishment. To make things even wilder, the club's antics start streaming online!
Between laughs, unexpected twists, and even a mysterious incident, this unpredictable school life is just beginning
