The trailer reveals that the anime Towa no Yugure will premiere on September 25, 2025, starting with episode 0.
The project is Naokatsu Tsuda (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure), who is also supervising the scripts. The original character designer is Midori Tayama (Girl Crush), with Yoshiko Saitō (Mushoku Tensei II) adapting the designs for animation. The soundtrack is by Masahiro Tokuda (Ishura, Platinum End).
Synopsis of Towa no Yugure
“When Akira Himegami, a high school boy, wakes up from cryogenic sleep, he sees an unbelievable scene unfold before him. A city devastated by war. The country is obsolete, and the people are governed by a unified organization called OWEL, which has a new marriage system called 'Elsie'. People have changed a lot from the world he knew.
