The animated series Transformers GO! revolves around a boy who has the mission of protecting the "legendary discs," with the help of the Transformers, during the period of Chinese history known as the Battle of the Three Kingdoms and in the present day. The anime is similar to the American cartoon "Transformers Prime," and also features exclusive characters that appear only in the Japanese product line. The series will be released on DVD through Terebi-Kun (Samurai Team) and TV Magazine (Shinobi Team) magazines.
