After being paused due to the COVID-19 , the Yu - Gi-Oh! Sevens has finally announced its return, so episode 10 is scheduled for August 14th .
TV Tokyo rebroadcast episodes 1-6 on July 11th . BS -TV Tokyo will therefore rebroadcast episodes 7-9 from July 24th and will broadcast episode 10 on August 14th .
The anime features a protagonist in elementary school for the first time in the franchise. The anime has a new rule “Rush Duel” and so it takes place in the future in the city of Gōha. Yūga Ōdō, a fifth grader, loves inventions and duels. Her classmate, Luke, is “Gōha School 7’s number one duelist.” Gakuto is the school's student council president and Romin is Yūga's classmate.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens celebrates the 20th anniversary . Konami announced the series with the provocative phrase: “The story of the Yu-Gi-Oh! will undergo changes.”
